We offer five wedding packages to meet every need and budget. Please fill out our Bridal Registration Form to receive a phone call or an e-mail from one of our gifted wedding consultants or to schedule a free consultation. package 1 Jump Start Option
- This option includes one consultation with our gifted wedding planners. *
- You decide how many hours you would like the consultation to be based on your needs and budget.
- At our consultation we will give you the tools you need to plan your own dream wedding.
- We offer unlimited e-mails to give you the opportunity to ask questions and get additional guidance throughout the planning process.
- One half hour of phone planning support is included to assist in urgent situations. You will be billed for additional phone time. **
package 2 Wedding Day Option
- This option includes two planning meetings totaling up to five hours. * One would be in the beginning and the other within a week of your wedding day.
- At the initial meeting we will give you the tools you need to plan you dream wedding.
- We will assist you in creating a working wedding day time line.
- We will confirm venue and vendors date and times for your wedding day.
- If needed, we will attend and supervise your rehearsal.
- On your wedding day, we will attend to and supervise all aspects of your wedding according to the time line.
- We will handle all last minute details and trouble shooting on your wedding day so that you may relax and enjoy your special day.
- We offer unlimited e-mails throughout the planning process.
- Two hours of phone planning support is included. You will be billed for additional phone time. **
package 3 Basic Wedding Option
- In this option we include up to four planning meetings totaling up to seven hours. *
- At the initial meeting we will give you the tools you need to plan you dream wedding.
- We will assist you in developing your color scheme and theme by offering unique ways to incorporate details that will reflect your styles and personalities.
- We will provide advice on venues and vendors and schedule your appointments with them.
- We will assist you in creating a working budget and give you creative ideas on how to cut costs while still creating your dream wedding.
- We offer guidance on how to bring everything together into the wedding you have always dreamed about.
- We will assist you in creating a wedding day time line.
- We will confirm venue and vendors date and times for your wedding day.
- If needed, we will attend and supervise your rehearsal.
- On your wedding day, we will attend to and supervise all aspects of your wedding according to the time line.

package 4 Full Service Wedding Option
- Our full service option includes up to ten planning meetings totaling up to fourteen hours. *
- At the initial meeting we will give you the tools you need to plan you dream wedding.
- We will provide you with a planning time line, updates, and reminders to keep everyone on track.
- We will place your engagement and wedding announcements in the local newspaper.
- We will assist you in developing your color scheme, theme, and type of ceremony by offering unique ways to incorporate details that will reflect your styles and personalities.
- We will provide advice on venues and vendors, schedule your appointments with them, attend the appointments with you, review their contracts, confirm them, and communicate and coordinate with them for you.
- We will assist in ordering any needed rental equipment.
- We will assist you in creating a wedding day time line and assuring the venue and vendors have a copy of it.
- We will assist you in creating a working budget and give you creative ideas on how to cut costs while still creating your dream wedding.
- We offer guidance on how to bring everything together into the wedding you have always dreamed about.
- We will assist you in choosing wedding invitations, a calligrapher, and a printer, and we will assist in mailing the invitations.
- We will track your guests attending via R.S.V.P. and assist you in creating a seating chart.
- We will assist with decorating, centerpieces, and wedding favors.
- We will assist in choosing bridal party gowns, attire, and accessories.
- We will schedule your hairstylist and makeup artist appointments.
- We will assist in setting up accommodations for out of town guests.
- We will attend and supervise your rehearsal.
- On your wedding day, we will attend to and supervise all aspects of your wedding according to the time line.
- We will be right beside the Bride throughout her wedding day, taking care of her every need.
- We will handle all last minute details, taking care of emergency situations, and trouble shooting on your wedding day so that you may relax and enjoy your special day.
- We will collect wedding gifts and see that they arrive at the proper location following the wedding reception.
- We will deliver final payment checks to vendors and venue on the wedding day.
- We offer unlimited e-mails and phone calls throughout the planning process.
package 5 Full Journey Option
- This option includes everything from the proposal through the honeymoon.
- We will assist in creating and executing a very personal and unique marriage proposal.
- We will assist in planning and execution of an engagement party.
- We will assist in planning and execution of the Bridal Shower.
- We will assist in the planning of a Bachelorette and/or a Bachelor Party.
- We will assist in the planning and execution of the Rehearsal & Rehearsal Dinner.
- The entire Full Service Option (package 4) is included in this option.
- We will also assist in planning the honeymoon of your dreams.
Additional Charges* With all packages, we offer the option to add meetings for $50 per hour.** Additional phone time is billed at $10 per half hour. |
